We use express delivery services like DHL, FedEx, and TNT, which usually take 3-5 business days to deliver to your doorstep after shipping. Changing the shipping address depends on the status of your order. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us at contact@jacketd.com with the new address, and we’ll update it for you. If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier company directly with your tracking details to request a change of address.

No, free shipping does not cover customs, tax, or duties. All our orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that prices do not include these additional charges. Any customs taxes or import duties must be paid by the recipient (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers).
